The highest building in Moscow is the complex βFederationβ. It is also the second largest building in Russia and Europe. Its height reaches almost 243 meters. It is located on the territory of the international business center of Moscow. The complex consists of two buildings, which are called the East Tower and the West Tower. The construction of the center began in 2003. It ended only in 2017. The buildings are built according to the most stringent building codes. During the construction of the complex, the most innovative technologies were also applied, for example, heat savings. It is used for location of offices, cafes, apartments, parking etc.
