1. A: I have not seen Sam for a long time. B: Really? I saw him yesterday at the swimming pool.
2. A: Have you typed the report yet? B: Yes, I finished it half an hour ago.
3. A: Mary has known Steven for six years. B: When did they meet?
4. A: When were they at university together?
5. A: Have you ever played rugby? B: Yes, I have. I played for the first time last week.
6. A: James wrote a new book last year. B: I know. I have read some great reviews about it in the newspaper.
