I'm considering that garbage should be burned. If I have a lot of money I will build a waste garbage plant. First of all, everyone doesn't litter. If people adheres to the rules of cleanliness, it will be easier to clean the garbage. Garbage should be allowed to be recycled. People can help to collect garbage if government pay for it. I think it is necessary to educate young people to live in cleanliness. I thinking in the future by joint efforts people will be able to get rid of rubbish.
