- where \ you \ go \ now. — Where are you going now? I am going to the park now.
- what \ you \ wear \ right \ now. — What are you wearing right now? I am wearing trousers and a white blouse right now.
- what \ be \ the \ weather \ like \ today. — What is the weather like today? Today the weather is warm; there are no clouds in the sky.
- what \ your \ parents \ do \ at \ the moment. — What are your parents doing at the moment? My mother is watching an interesting film and my father is reading his evening papers at the moment.
- what \ you \ time \ get \ up \ every \ day. — What time do you get up every day? Every day I get up at half past seven.
- which \ season \ you \ like \ most. — Which lesson do you like most? I like all the lessons, but I like History most.
Special Question (Специальный вопрос)
Специальный вопрос направлены на то, чтобы получить более подробную информацию о каком-либо члене предложения.
Where are you going now?
What is your name?
Вопросы к отдельным членам предложения называются специальными. Они начинаются вопросительными словами who кто; what что, какой, where где, куда; how many сколько и др.
Среди специальных вопросов различают:
а) вопрос к различным членам предложения, кроме подлежащего и его определения;
б) вопрос к подлежащему и его определению.
В вопросах к различным членам предложения после вопросительного слова порядок слов такой же, как и в общих вопросах: вспомогательный или модальный глагол, подлежащее, основной глагол, а потом другие члены предложения.
